Fresh Green Millet once harvested must be kept frozen to retain a higher level of nutrients. It contains over 300% more nutrients than the dried millet. Canaries and finches of all types love it. If given fresh millet 4-6 weeks before breeding it will often act as a aphrodisiac, bringing birds hormones into breeding condition. (Not fit for human consumption)
Green Millet is only available once harvested in August and once it’s gone its gone until the following summers harvest.
Price includes polystyrene boxes and non-hydrated ice pads.
All frozen products are ideally dispatched Monday – Wednesday on a next day delivery service only. Upon receipt place in freezer and only defrost what you need.
